چکیده
Local geochemical background (LGB) has great importance for environmental assessment and management. In this study, 53 core soil samples were collected in 3 different sites with minimal or no human intervention to determine H.M. (Cr, Cu, Zn, Cd, Pb, Ni, Mn, As Sn) concentration pH. This study is aimed define the Geochemical Background of feralitic Vina Cameroon. determined using ICP-ES, Excel was used descriptive analysis. LGB median ±2×MAD as data are not normally distributed. Ei,r, potential ecological risk index (PERI) considering calculated Upper Continental Crust (UCC) standard values. Some obtained (Pb, Cr greater than UCC values that mostly assess heavy metals All present acidic The results necessary H.M.s pollution region can be basis taking appropriate measures when restoring agricultural soils protecting quality resources.

Background: The release of metals from industrial factories is one of the most important sources of environmental pollution. The present study aimed to determine the concentration of heavy metals like cadmium (Cd), chromium (Cr), manganese (Mn), nickel (Ni), and lead (Pb) in dust around the cement factory. Methods: A total of 22 dust samples were collected from areas around the cement factory...
